I had an absolute above and beyond customer service here at Gladstone for the past few months. The representative who helped me Polly, and the boss Pat, were both amazing and helped me a lot deciding on my custom made engagement ring and my wedding band. They were every flexible with my schedule and sometimes Polly had to work on her day off to follow through with me since I have a tight schedule. They were able to help me find the exact diamond that fits all my criteria very quickly, within my price range. My custom made engagement ring came out exactly how I wanted it, even more beautiful. I always look at rings when I walk past a store and can not find a ring more beautiful than my ring that Gladstone helped me make. Pat even went above and beyond and added a few diamonds to my rings with no extra cost because it would look better. I really appreciate her kind gesture. I explained how I wanted my wedding band to be, and to be sure, they made a mold for me to see so i can see that it is exactly what I wanted. When I got to see the finished wedding band, it was exactly what I wanted, it matched my engagement ring perfectly, and doesn't look awkward by itself, which was the whole point of custom making it. Over all I am 100% happy with my experience, with my purchase, and they made me the most beautiful rings I've seen in my entire life. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I am above ecstatic with the service I received. All the ladies were super helpful and not once made me feel obligated to do anything. I had bought a ring for someone and it had not been the style they liked, no questions or concerns they allowed me to change it to something the person would love. Very happy with this place! I had purchased a piece last year (2021) and had to come back to see their selections. For solid gold pieces, they’ve got excellent pricing. 2 bracelets from here so far! Love my new purchase, they do offer bracelet adjustments but I won’t be staying long enough to pick it up. Also friendly customer service from staff!!

Gladsone is amazing! I stumbled across Gladstone when I was shopping for a wedding band to fit my engagement ring. Because my engagement ring has a particular shape, it had been quite hard to find a band that fit next to it. When I chatted with Polly at Gladstone, she said they could make a custom ring to fit my engagement ring. The whole process was great. Polly was super friendly and helpful with the whole process (even giving us advice on how to care for my engagement ring). After discussing the design, I got to see and try on a mold before receiving the final product, which looked just like how we discussed. The wedding band looks fantastic on its own and next to my engagement ring. Gladstone's prices are very fair for the materials used and work put into making their rings. I'd highly recommend them! And for conscious shoppers, it's really great to support a local business :)

CHEAP jewellery and Terrible Service. I bought a ring for my girlfriend that cost hundreds of dollars and two of the small diamonds in it fell out within two weeks of her wearing it. Very embarrassing for me. When I went back to see if they would fix it they told me it was my girlfriends fault for them falling out due to ‘poor handling’ and they wouldn’t cover it and it would cost me an extra $70 to fix. I refused to pay for it out of principle due to the fact I already paid so much for it and it didn’t even last two weeks. NEVER shop at this Jewellery Store!

Polly is the best. She goes above and beyond to exceed your expectation. She’s so friendly, easy to communicate, and spends a ton of time with you. My partner and I love to go to Gladstone because of Polly. We got our customize engagement ring and wedding bands with her, and even sourced necklace for me which I appreciated so much. She is my jeweler. Overall satisfaction going to Gladstone.

The worst customer serviceStay away, these people are fraudI called to ask price estimate for fitting a diamond into a basket, a simple quote which i already got from 10 other jewellers, they said you will need to come in, we won’t say over the phone. I told them specifically what i want and i was already quoted from others with the same details i gave them.THIS IS THE FIRST NO NO SIGN. As now they would see how much they can charge me instructions of a fair pricePlus their phone attendant is extremely rude.WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONESTAY AWAYTHERE ARE MULTIPLE OTHER OPTIONS, GOOGLE THEM AND GO ELSEWHERE !!!!

I needed to resize my ring because it was too big, but I was a bit nervous to call cause of the previous reviewer's experience. However, I had an excellent experience! The person I talked to on the phone was really kind and when I went in to exchange my ring, they were super curtious. The whole exchange process only took about 10 min. I highly recommend this place!

Most of employees are good and know how to treat customers except one with yellow hair one. One fish can make whole lake dirty.If the stone came off from the ring within warranty period for two times with no damage on the ring, you should apologize first before assume the customer did some hardcore hand play or whatever, you should apologize first because it is within WARRANTY". and "WARRANTY WORK" is not your favor to me at all but is the contract and responsibility of you.I would not go back probably but if you go
