I had an amazing experience shopping at oak. The sales rep Sarra was super nice and gave me helpful information to make the right decision on what sneakers to buy. Great sneaker selection + great customer service. I definitely recommend

Rip off store. Their items are final sale but it’s not advertised anywhere, just in the fine print. Even nrml at least has an exchange or store credit policy. They clearly only care about getting people’s money.I purchased $500 worth of Essentials sweatsuit as my partner’s Christmas from their website. The sizes ended up being too big for him so when I went to go exchange the size is when I found out that it’s final sale. It was never mentioned during the checkout or the purchase. For the integrity of your business, all items are final sales should be well advertised and not hidden in the fine print. Hiding it sections is not considered as well advertised, do better. People don’t purchase things with the intent to exchange or return so there should be some wiggle room in the event an item doesn’t work out as hoped aka clothing being too big. Now I’m stuck with $500 worth of clothes that can’t be worn. Great customer service!

Very nice store in all honesty. I had some great customer service from Demian who helped me find what I needed. He was very willing to give me a hand and made sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

This place is amazing, the staff were super friendly with awesome customer service. Unfortunately I wish I would have bought a pair of shoes but it’s a little pricey but fair as well I would say it depends on the person. Overall my customer service experience was amazing though.

I came in to buy some sneakers but wasn’t sure where to look. Demian helped me out with the utmost care and helped me pick out the shoes I wanted! He was patient and made sure I was satisfied with my experience at the shop and with my purchase! 10/10 visit, I will only be coming here to buy shoes again! Best customer service in Ottawa!

TERRIBLE place, sold me defective shoes without advertising it or adjusting the price. Emails didn’t help either , basically said it’s Nikes fault not ours so we can’t do anything. No refunds or exchange , not even store credit. If you buy something and it’s the wrong size or you don’t like it you are screwed. Enough reviews have complained about the quality control , I agree. There is none.TL:DR: Better stores with better prices and better service out there, just avoid this place..

One of a Kind Ottawa, went above and beyond during my visit at the store. If you are a sneaker head this is your one stop shop for all your needs. Cool store, definitely will return.

I bought white Nike Air force ones low tops, size 10. I bought them a month in a half ago and didn't put them on until today and the laces were dirty from the top and the remaining parts of the laces were yellowish white. The manager said I can't do anything about it because I bought them a month in a half ago, but with the pictures I'm going to post right now , you can tell that the shoes haven't been put on my feet yet and starting to get the hunch they were refurbished go returned to them, then sold them to me. On top of that I buy 2 pairs of these a year because they are comfortable, but these ones are very tight on the feet and hes saying it's a production problem, so how is that my fault ? I'm sure I know my size because I can show over 6 pairs of airforces I currently own and all a size 10 and they fit perfect.
