Honestly, I debated on posting this because it's already been 2 weeks. But I took my car in for a gold package detailing, and at first glance, everything looked good enough (cloudy overcast day), and I drove off. I didn't leave my house until the next day and when I got in I noticed that the windows were so streaky, like in the sun can hardly see through streaky. Then my car didn't start. My car is brand new, so there was absolutely no reason for it not to start. So I called them, and they had it towed in and said they got water in the battery terminal (seems kinda sus to me), and they dried it out, and it started again. The person who cleaned the car drove it back to my house, and there is no way they didn't see the streaks and they didn't bother to do anything about it (granted I didn't say anything because they already acted like my car not starting was not their problem since they clean cars every day")After all that I honestly just don't wanna go back and have the issue fixed because why would I want to waste my time driving back for them to wash the windows when it should have been done right in the first place considering they had my car for 24hrs and apparently didn't do an inspection before telling me I could pick it up. For $280

Took my truck in for an MPI claim. Had hit a deer and qualified for the direct repair. The team was great and took care of everything for me. From dealing with MPI, the estimate and repairs. They kept me informed through the entire process and were very quick with the repair. The quality of work was second to none. It wasn’t my first time dealing there and it won’t be my last.

So i had a deer claim . being the newest and biggest collision centre in town i expected the best and greatest techs/mechanics. That wasnt really the case, parts were missed out on during my claim . old parts were used from the collision that had scratches also there was lot damages from there techs . Appeared like One of their techs kicked my rocker panel to get snow off his boots and left a big loonie sized dent that wasnt there prior to the Collision or after . If going here i would take detailed pictures and nitpick every little things . being the new guys in town they seem to cut corners or even rush and dont do the best jobs .

Always great service from these people. The painter is amazing and the rest of the staff follow suit
