They took the time to explain preventive maintenance of tank and how to protect my home when leaving on vacation. The tank was installed with utmost respect for my home and with friendly service. I found L'eau Pro through the Rheem website list of authorized retailers. I'm super happy with the level of service I got with them. In doing my research, I did contact another company on the list who was only able to provide snippets of information on the product, pricing, availability. With L'eau Pro, it was quite the contrast. Right from the start, Gates was able to provide me pricing on the phone, walk me through what the typical process involved, and pros and cons of different products. A water heater is a sizeable investment so having that level of confidence in the information and service was extremely reassuring.On installation day, the team (Gates and Richard) showed up early and walked me through the install. They educated me on maintanence of the water heater and even showed me the little bits of rock that came out of my old water heater (cool to see!). On top of that they shared some money saving energy tips which is always good to know.Contract wise, everything is as you would expect. Clear contract, RBQ number and copies of everything. I was really impressed with the service that I've been asking all my friends if they are looking to change their water heater just so I can pass on the L'eau Pro contact.

Service was very courteous and quick. Richard came around 2pm (exactly the time he said), and was done in less than 2 hours. He was very careful when he lowered the tank down my stairs in order not to damage anything. He gave me some pointers about how to maintain the tank, and he is very friendly and approachable. I very highly recommend these guys, don't bother looking at any other company, these guys are very very nice.
