Road tripping and needed to wash a week's worth of clothes. This became one of our favorite experiences on Salt Spring. The manager (owner?) was wonderful, helpful and she's a fantastic poet to boot. The business uses water saving washing machines to help conserve fresh water on an island where it's imperative to conserve fresh water.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and the machines are huge and very quick. We fit 2 weeks of laundry and all the bedding for a king-size bed into two machines, and everything came out clean and was finished in a little more than an hour. I'll definitely come back here next time we're visiting the island!

Total blessing for Salty! Top quality machines with large capacity, eco-friendly soap included, with shower facilities too! Super friendly helpful staff. Staff will provide change via interac. Washing is $$$ but drying is cheap so it works out like normal. 10% off at Beachside cafe across the street while you wait. Doing my professional laundry here 2x/wk and always impressed.

Honestly, It feels like my clothes didn't come out clean. They only provide a couple of tablespoons worth of soap...and the dryer I had to use smelled bad...and so did my clothes after.

Nicest laundromat my husband and I have ever been to. We are on vacation from the US and after a week of traveling around BC we were desperate do to some laundry!! This place was clean, friendly, eco-conscious and very affordable. So glad this laundromat exists!
