Sansotei Ramen
Best ramen in Ottawa, I enjoy the miso black but its a little too salty. The chasu is a wonderful thickness, not too little. The tonkotsu plus has the best broth from the truffle flavour but doesn’t come with egg so have to get extra. Choice of thin or thick noodles. I wish there was more customization and ability to choose spicy paste like some places I had in Vancouver.

Sansotei Ramen
There aren't many quality ramen options in Ottawa. Sensotei is a chain from what I can tell.. but they do offer a very authentic feeling experience and by far the best experience in town that I have found.Before you go I recommend looking up types of ramen so you know what you are ordering..there isn't a ton of guidance.The portions are large.. if you are a light eater you might prefer to order 1 bowl and a smaller bowl to split it for your first visit.

Sansotei Ramen
Sensotei is my favorite ramen in town. Keeping it classic and simple the ramen bowls are full of flavour and delicious. Service is good, fast and helpful. Seems to always be a bit of a line to get it but it moves fast and its worth it.

Amazing food, great decor and short wait. I’m getting used to these ramen spots having no reservation and a little line up and i must say so far it’s been worth it every time. The cheesecakes are both really nice i recommend trying them out. The food is great and i will be back soon.

Sansotei Ramen
The experience I've had with the Tonkotsu Ramen with Shiitake and side of Gyoza can only be described as symphonic. The food here is absolutely amazing. Would recommend to anyone, anytime, and I'll definitely be ordering again in the future! Five stars all the way!

The food was excellent with no doubt. Friends highly recommended me the place. It only took about 4 years to make up my mind. Really. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. However, for the service i gave 2 stars. Why? I was expecting more choice of drinks (non-alcoholic ones). I requested a bottle water instead of the tap water served. You know how tap water taste and smell once you stop drinking it and instead drink natural spring water (aka Wakefield Spring Water). So next time, kinda good idea to bring your water just in case. Because some dishes are spicy and need good water to help digest. Other than that, nothing else to complain about :)

Sansotei Ramen
Everything we ate there was mind-blowingly delicious. I was going to take pictures of it all but I was too excited and just dove right in!The best ramen we've had in our lives. I couldn't get enough of their chicken!Kind and efficient service. They really seem like they've got their take-out service down to a science.The seating was just a bit cramped. Go for the food, not to have a lengthy conversation, because everyone beside you will hear everything you say. But I mean, if you don't have anxiety, you'll be fine haha.

Popped by on a cold Saturday. They have a small parking lot on the side, the seating area is really small so there can be a line, the wait ended up being about 30 min. I got the black garlic shoyu with extra noodles it was ✨chefs kiss✨, I also tried the chicken karage and the gyoza. Karage was good the pan fried gyoza was mid and prob store bought but for like $4 it was Ight. I went with my gf and with the 2 ramen and the 2 apps it was about $55. Solid price for a random date night and a solid bowl of ramen.

First time trying a Ramen plate. First time lucky. It was very delicious. The price was right for the large bowl I got. Everything was tasteful, from the ramen bowl to the cheese cake.

Sansotei Ramen
Pretty good and 100% treats the feeling when you are craving ramen. The chashu seems to have a spice not normally used in Japan(reported by my Japanese friends when visiting) and the eggs are so-so. Overall though I've been a few times and I'll be back.
