Black Dog Fencing built an amazing fence for me and my neighbour. We both have multiple large dogs and our fence is now so sturdy so they can run up and down playing all day long. The fence is also very attractive, with the wood and black steel look. The owners and employees of the company are very friendly, and professional. My next mission will be to get my other neighbour on board with replacing the back fence. ;)

The job was started when promised and the price was exactly as quoted. Kalvin and Tyler are easy to deal with. Cameron's work is excellent. The quality of all of the lumber supplied was top notch. We are pleased that we chose Black Dog.Glenn and Diane

Black Dog installed a beautiful steel and cedar fence in our back yard. While they did end up starting the project later than originally anticipated (for valid reasons) they communicated well about the delay and were sincere in their efforts to make sure we were happy with the results. We were! The fence is amazing. The workmanship good. The installer was professional and neat and efficient. Cant recommend them enough. We had had a few quotes and the price for corrugated steel with cedar frame came in the same as another company quoted for a cedar panel installation.

We reached out to BDF for a quote on our back yard fence. They came by to measure and offer suggestions. Provided a quote. All good. We booked a date. UNTIL - Three days later, we received an email with the 25% deposit request and a message that the deposit was needed that day as he was heading out on a vacation. First time we heard that. So, yah, a little rushed. So I read thru the deposit quote only to see changes were made from what was originally provided. Quietly added was a very ambiguous line - If the digging is abnormally difficult because of an area we charge out $60 per hour for that service. Called out the change to the quote. We were messaged back they would call to explain. Great, we welcomed the call and set a time. NO call. Followed up with a text, was told they would pass on the job. And that is their prerogative. But certainly makes you wonder, was it because they couldn't pad the bill?!?!?!READ YOUR NEW QUOTES FOR CHANGES BEFORE signing and deposit given.**** INTEGRITY MATTERS****

We just recently had our fences, retaining wall and gates replaced. We are so happy with the finished product. Kalvin and Tyler work with top quality products and install strong long lasting fences. Their installer did an amazing job and the fences look beautiful. I would choose them again and would recommend them to anyone doing their fencing. They are trustworthy and hard working guys. The guys at Black Dog Fencing just replaced the 20+ year old fence between us and our neighbor's. They were friendly, prompt and professional at all times. We went for the custom board over board style of cedar fence. A year or so ago I saw this style of fence and knew that when the time came to replace our aging fence that this was the style I wanted. (ended up that it was Black Dog Fencing that had done the work I had admired). The finished product looks fabulous and we couldn't be happier! The project was completed on time and on budget! Black Dog Fencing did an amazing job on our dog run!  The crew are extremely detail oriented and have great craftsmanship. They are also incredibly professional and very friendly. It was a pleasure having them at our home to do this project for us. The craftsmanship and quality of work speak for itself. We have had three neighbors walk by and ask for the company details, as they too were very impressed with the quality of the finished project. Also, the crew left the site impeccably clean and tidy afterwards. We definitely will have them back to do our fence and other projects in the future. We greatly appreciate the care and consideration that went into this project. It’s always difficult to find a good trades team and this team exceeded our expectations. Great job. I went for the metal panel fencing they suggested and am very pleased with the result. I appreciated their hard work and follow through.Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
