Awful service. They sold us a pellet stove, and it stopped working so we called them multiple times to come see what was going on. They finally came out about 5 months later, and it was a simple enough fix, but now because it had not run for so long, it was all rusted and requires a much bigger fix. We've been waiting on the part, have again called more than once, and have not heard back from them. How can you run a business like this?

Great effort. However could not get me an older style chimney cap. Told me they were obsolete. I did get exactly what I needed just a couple kilometers from here. Need better knowledge.
