After 2 years, of dealing unsuccessfully with a well recognized company to address my irregular chlorine- injection water system, I contacted Pro-Water Conditioning. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, accommodating and effective with correcting our problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring water solutions.

Professional, thorough and fair priced, Frank and his team had me fixed up in no time the previous installer that put RO system in butchered it, they came in took the system down and brought to there shop chlorine soaked it, reassembled it and reinstalled it with all new filters and properly hooked it up the water a week later is awesome the plants all love it and we couldn't be happier. I am so happy with the service and care I received from Pro-Water! Frank came out to assess the situation with my filtration system and then provided a fair quote for the work. When they guys came out to take care of my filters they were courteous, professional, and friendly.I have a well so my very old filters were in rough shape. Ultimately, they were far too deteriorated to put back into service, but Frank proposed a solution that was well within my budget.After the filters were put back in I had questions and they came back out to walk me through a few things. This is above and beyond what I call great customer service!I have always felt that I am a valued customer when Melissa refills my water jugs refilled in the shop. I feel that way even more after the care I received regarding my filters; I'll never go anywhere else! I feel like they cared about my particular situation and about me as a person.I cannot recommend Pro-Water Conditioning enough!
