Complete frauds! Don’t trust this place. Liam Fast is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Liam conducted an appraisal of our home as we navigate through a divorce. He made numerous mistakes on the appraisal, and failed to actually take the time to fully and thoroughly inspect the house. He also verbatim recounted a conversation I had with him to my spouse who I am in the midst of divorce proceedings with. This place is bad news stay away. They are not ethical.UPDATE- I have it all recorded... in fact he had my estranged husband hold the tape measure amongst other things when measuring the perimeter of the home... is this what you call professional? Again I’ve got it recorded!
