These people really know their stuff. It's one-part boutique electronic music store, one-part interactive museum. Really love the inviting vibe of the place and the staff there was super friendly and engaging even though I clearly had no idea what I was doing with the dozens of modular synths on display. Super cool place, great books too!

Placed my first order a couple days ago for some patching cables for my growing 6u 104HP eurorack setup. I am thrilled to finally have an awesome synth shop in Ontario I can buy my modules from. They included stickers and a personal message with my order which was a wonderful, personal touch.If you guys can add some form of Affirm, Klarna or Flexiti to help with some of the larger module purchases, I would be buying from you guys exclusively over the other big dogs in Canada, every time.I will be probably picking up an Erica Synths Sample Drum in the next month or so and will absolutely be checking with Cicada Sound first.

If you know nothing about the hobby of synthesizers, this is a fun, unique little music store. The staff is very friendly and showed us how to demo and play around with the different musical products and instruments. If you are into synths, this is an excellent selection of all different kinds of machines. Once again, very clear staff is knowledgable and enthusiastic about their products. Really nice set up and very cool spot to look around.
