NEVER EVER EVER GET VIVINT. I cancelled my service with them in November of 2021. They continued to charge me. I called in and spoke with someone who promised to have the extra charges refunded. That didn't happen. I've called back numerous times now, and when I call in I get put on hold" and left hanging.These scummy practices are clearly not anything new given the reviews here"

I've been bearing the burden of vivint for almost 2 years now. I'm been paying 65 monthly for no surveillance and security equipments that are not properly working. I've asked them to fix my equipments several times but has not shown any response yet. I suggest no one to get this security system.

DO NOT USE VIVINT. I sold my home one year ago at which time I paid the outstanding balance on my hardware and service agreement in full and closed my account (I thought) both by phone (at which time I was assured no further action was required), and in writing in accordance with Vivint policy. Vivint continued to invoice me for monitoring non-operation hardware which is in the landfill, purportedly securing a property I no longer own. Trying monthly to straighten this out has proven a nightmare. They’ve now forwarded my file to collections and my credit rating may be affected. As a financially secure physician, I’m bothered only in principle by of the actions, which seem criminal, of this unscrupulous company. I’ve spoken to my lawyers. Regardless, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

So far so good with this alarm monitoring system. Cost is pretty competitive and the systems are pretty easy to use. Customer service is outstanding and are there for your every need. Highly recommend for all your security monitoring needs

Worst camera system ever does not record continuously I got robbed and I was not able to go back and see what happened because the video cameras do not record continuous recording. Get telus you’ll thank me.
