Fantastic salon with amazing stylists. Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and orofesdional in every aspect.The owner through what I wanted and was very understanding. Great outcome with my new extensions, I love them and will be back again soon.

This is the best hair salon I have ever been to and for this reason I have travelled over 50miles round trip for the past couple of years.They are extremely knowledgeable around the best care for your hair and its clear they all take pride in what they do. They will advise and tell you honestly what is or isn't going to work.The salon excels in knowing how to keep your hair healthy and best type of extensions to suit your own as not all are suitable.The hair extensions are of top quality the hair has a natural feel, easy to manage, doesn't get tangled and if looked after lasts.I always look forward to next appointments.I will be continuing to visit this salon for a long time!!

I use to come to Jo to get hair extensions when I lived up North, I then moved down south and tried to get my hair done but no-one come close to the quality and professionalism from Jo and her team so I decided to travel from London to get the best quality hair extensions, thank you so much x x

I went to the salon to have a consultation for a colour match for the extensions . The stylist recommended a colour as a match , when I said I want something different she refused to do my hair and said her salon isn’t suitable to me. Never in my life has a hairdresser refused to do my hair. Instead of talking through options or as with extensions people can add colours to their preferences ( the point of extensions ), the lady just said her services aren’t suitable . Ill mannered and unprofessional .

Would not recommend this salon for Hair extensions staff are so rude and overcharge you. Got hair extensions fitted a few months ago and they are so off with you. Customer service shocking. If you get tape hair extensions you are restricted to the salons that can do the upkeep. In all the years I have been going to a hairdressers they make you feel like they are doing you a favour not you are a valid paying customer. Would never use again!!

Awful service. Called to let them know that I’m running only 10 mi ties late due to traffic. They said it’s all okay just to call me back to say they can’t do it anymore when I’m almost at the salon. No customer service. Horrendous would not recommend. Had the audacity to ask me if I was to rebook when I’m 5 minutes away to an appointment that I only was running 10 minutes late to. I wasn’t late for brain surgery, this is a hair cut we are talking about. Avoid at all cost.

Amazing staff who know there craft! Best people to take care of your hair. I have never been happier in the 25 years of having my hair treated professionally. Jo doesn't just rack up a huge bill. She painstakingly findsthe most suitable extensions for your hairtype she may just need a few packets she will let you know.I feel like family when those doors open. My already fragile hair is well looked after.I love Prestige they are amazing can't recommend them enough x

Absolutely love coming into Prestige, have been a client for approx 10 years and started off with Jo having bonded extensions before moving to tape hair. I’d never go anywhere else for my colour or extensions as they’re always perfect. Such a lovely friendly atmosphere and I’m always offered such good advice on new colours and styles. My only complaint is I can’t go in daily! Best place around and I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Had my tape hair extensions done by Nik. Absolutely love them. He truly is a professional at his work and lovely too! Highly recommend this place. No need to look elsewhere I promise you!

Fabulous salon. Really friendly team who go above and beyond. Their colouring skills are second to none. I’ve just had the nanoplasty smoothing treatment and can not fault the results. I had badly damaged hair and the girls have put life back into it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
