Good variety of slot machines, reasonable price for the foods, and friendly staffs.They got tables opened too.Personally I've had better results here than any other casinos.

The staff are super friendly and they seem to be having just as good as a time as the guests. Only issue is trying to find a waitress when your playing at the tables.

I’m not really a gambler but I’ve been to chances Kelowna maybe 3x now. And every time I left there ahead from when I went in. Excellent customer service, VERY friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Great place to go if you need a break from day to day life. Or hang out with friends. This place gets a 5 star from me.

Haven't been here yet, super excited to visit. You automatically get 5 stars for your commerical! Now I'm even more eager to visit !

Well this is my favorite place to go to probably should stop coming here though because I don't always win but it's good uh they gave me a code hanger one time when I locked my keys in my Van so they're good people

If the bingo hall was still an option I would give this place 5 stars. 2 because the atmosphere is nice and the food is decent. As a company that started out with bingo games to gain their success, pretty sad that they discontinued it just because slots brings them more revenue. Bingo was our reason (and a lot of others agree) to leave the house once a week and have a great time together - while still being able to budget wisely, and maybe come out on top. Bring your bingo hall back and I'm sure you'll attract many old and new customers, as you would be the only worthwhile bingo hall in Kelowna.

Any time we have gone to Chances, we have seen someone win big. (not us though, ba ha) Eight thousand, twelve and four, just in our circle of friends.The restaurant is pretty good too! You have to try the Burger & Beer Special on a Saturday. It was very tasty, and not over cooked like a lot of places.We will keep going back, as long as Lady Luck will allow.

Bad experience!Just visited this facility to have some fun with my family.My husband went in to check with the staff if it was ok for us to enter with our 4month old baby in a car seat who is sleeping almost all the time, and two of the Chances Casino staff confirmed that's fine and we can do it!He returned to the car, and we all went back in when suddenly another staff member confronted us and said the baby couldn't enter the facility! We were shocked and said we had already asked, and your colleague said it was okay, but he said no, he didn't know what he was doing, and he was wrong! Another big man was standing behind him as if we were going to refuse, and he needed support to throw us out!!!! They didn't apologize and rudely made us uncomfortable and unwelcomed.We won't be back here!

Always taking my money ...... But wait that's what om there for hopes and dreams right! Well I hope one day my dreams will all come true and there would be no finer establishment then with the people at chances so head on over and give them a try the place is full of great vibes

Great food at a great price! Friendly, attentive staff too! One of my go-to spots!
