Lortie and a Gentleman just changed a set of tires on Rims and another set of tires off rims with balancing as well as a synthetic oil change right in my driveway in less than 45 minutes.They were both professional and real charm to deal with.They also took the courtesy to check my break pads and rotors and told me I don't need to change them for another season or so, showing their honesty. Their prices are also one of the cheapest I could find all over ottawa.would recommend them to anyone!!!

Incredible service. They squeezed me in at this busy time and accomodated me very well. The team was very communicative, they were on time and got the job done fast.Took about 45 minutes to put my tires on rims and install them. Despite booking way in advance and being a customer for years, I got a call from my mobile tire changer this morning advising me that one of their mechanics had quit and therefore I should look for a garage for my tire change which had been scheduled for this morning. Not even an offer to come on another day this week. (What a way to treat a loyal long-term customer!). I then proceeded to call a few garages in my area and, of course, not one garage could accept me before the end of November or the first week of December.So I turned to LORTIE MOBILE TIRE SHOP and the owner Charles Lortie came to my rescue, on this, probably the busiest day of the year for a tire change. Mr. Lortie accommodated me and showed up as promised in early afternoon. THAT IS WHAT I CALL EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. LORTIE MOBILE TIRE SHOP has therefore earned my business. Mr. Lortie, thanks for the prompt, efficient and super friendly service!!Having been in the service industry myself for more than 30 years, I highly recommend this business.

Mounted and balanced my tires at my home the very next day of inquiring!The job was done professionally and a few days have gone by to make sure there was no balancing issues, everything is perfect!I recommend these guys.
