THE WORST EVER! I bought my bamboo flooring from them 10 months ago.The flooring split and separated thru out my entire home within a month. When Erickson's came out to look at my floor the rep was down right hostile and refused to do anything-not even put a claim in with the manufacture (from China).I later learned that places like Reimer Floors and Main Floor Carpet One had not been selling bamboo for over a year because of all the problems and health concerns associated with bamboo flooring. As I write this review Erickson's is still selling bamboo flooring.

I was last week at Erickson's. What I can tell you is that the guys are all experienced experts and on top really friendly. Also they try to help you what you really need. They can make any floor you are looking for if you want to have something special. These people are definitely five stars worth.

Rick and his entire staff were the epitome of exemplary customer service. I have used them for 3 flooring projects and will absolutely use them in the future. Best products, reasonable pricing, and best service! Thanks so much.

Worst customer services I have ever experienced. We have flooring issues non stop for 3 years and when I called to talk to Ted the phone admin answered and would not pass me on to talk to him stated he was on medical leave. Said he could help explained the issue and once I started to recap what was stated by the installation company on them telling me I had to sue them and then they would sue the rep - he refused to talk to me and said the phone conversation was over. I was not threatening legal action at all. I wanted help because I don't know the process. He was rude, condescending, kept interrupting me and when I asked to speak to someone else he refused. STAY AWAY FROM FROM THESE PEOPLE if you want help with how to proceed with a flooring issue! And yes he was called a name because any one that keeps interrupting me when I am trying to explain I was just looking for help is what he was called.

A friend referred us there for hardwood floor stain products. Sign on 1st door said to use other entrance. Woman at desk was so rude! No greeting, just yelled where is your contractor? Now I see online there is a larger showroom. We bought some expensive products - which are working nicely. They acted so strange and rude. No hello. No direction to the larger showroom. Pete eventually told us a few things and rung up our order like we were doing something wrong. Never go back to a place like that. Wish I knew the name of the rude women at the first desk. She needs to find a different job that doesn't involve dealing with the public.

Do not go or order here. Most rude people around. If you have any form of timeline for your project this is not the place to go.

Dont buy Viking Hardwood from them, product states a 50 year warranty, I had issues within the first year, Viking sends out a Erickson rep to process the claim (so the people who sell it are the ones who decide if there is a problem) hmm? , a huge conflict of interest, its like beating a dead horse, 5 months later and they are passing the buck to me, Very deceptive warranty process and the warranty means absolutley nothing, the retailer told me that the inspector from Ericksons had denied the claim prior to even coming out to inpect it, but decided to waste my time for almost 6 months

I have worked with Erickson's for years. Product as well as service is the best around. I have many choices and still choose Erickson's for all of my wood floor materials and supplies.
