Absolutely horrible for online orders. They don't care if the majority of your order was for pet food and it's not available. They just leave your money on hold for a week while your pet starves.

Clean friendly grocer. Not the best pricing...not the worst either. Changed my rating from five to two ⭐ cuz the meat dept. offers such poor service. One example: 11/06/23 I asked the two people working behind the counter if they could cut the package of meat I wanted to buy into two strips. Very disappointed in this store. It is overpriced on so many things but it is closest to where I live. Ran in for specific things. They had one of the four. I had picked up a couple extra things, but wasn't worth buying and then have to go to another store for what I actually needed. Put everything back and went to No Frills. Had everything I needed.
