I had purchased fitness equipment from Fitness Depot around 10 years ago and I had been very happy with the solid advice I received and after sales service. I sold all my equipment as I was moving. Now I recently decided to buy new cardio/gym equipment for my new home. I was looking for sturdy and long lasting equipment without any gimmicky displays and subscription models. I looked at few other stores and online platforms and was disappointed with rip off subscriptions and poor build quality that many consumer brands now a days offers. Lowell provided great advise on right treadmill without any marketing sales pitch and he was very helpful. We selected Precor Treadmill and I am very happy with it. There were few minor issues during assembly and Lowell helped quickly resolve it.Fitness Depot which used to be one of the finest showroom in past has now reduced to warehouse kind of minimalist set up - may be effect of intrusion of cheaper gimmicky equipment on online platforms. Their showroom may not look very inviting but If you are looking for solid advice and reliable equipment, I definitely recommend it.

Their Website is fantastic with online chat to answer all your questions. The store is even better; with great prices and a knowledgeable staff and many of the machines and equipment on the floor so you can see it before you buy it. Shopping was a breeze, I was in and greeted quickly the associate answered a few follow up questions I had and they had my product in stock and ready to go. I'll be back for more gear in the future.

Good price for DBs and plates! Couldn’t find everything we wanted for cable / machine attachments but otherwise pretty good selection. Guys workin there are super friendly :)

We were really impressed with the customer service from Katherine! We showed up after going to a local competitor that just seemed annoyed we were in there store, and were grateful to be met with someone knowledgable of the products that also wanted to help us meet our goals. She managed to get us everything on our wish list for setting up a home gym, all while meeting our budget and sourcing high quality products. We are particularly impressed with the Precore treadmill and weight bench we bought- both seem very sturdy and like they will last. With it being minus a billion degrees out this week, we have happily been enjoying our new home gym. Thanks Katherine!

Good prices and friendly staff, great place to get fitness equipment locally.

I checked them out online, and expected a low-service low-cost experience. I got low cost, but great service as well. The woman who served me gave me so much information to help me make an informed decision and I ended up getting everything that I needed within my budget. Some of their equipment is even cheaper than what people are trying to sell as second hand!

Needed a set of dumbells and Lowell was able to source them for me in their warehouse in BC. Easy online shopping from 600 km away and he kept me up to date on delivery status. Exceptional customer service.

Was looking to pick up some additions for my home gym and my online search led me to fitness depot. I initially only was looking for weight plates but I found a ton of extra accessories for other things and the prices were great. I got in, told them what I needed and got some great suggestions/alternatives without them being pushy in any way. Definitely will be going back when I do my next round of upgrading on my home gym.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are one of those businesses that have very competitive pricing right off the bat with sale or discounts instead of gimmicky and pushy sales tactics so you don’t have to worry about not getting a good deal or getting rushed into a decision. Lawrence is a very energetic and patient young man that helped me through the process of my full home gym purchase. He answered all my questions, made honest recommendations based on my needs for the best value product and respects my decisions. He also helped me loaded everything that I was picking up and remind me not to hesitate to contact him with any questions. The delivery and installation guys were great too and very familiar with the fitness product as well.
