Great staff... Every time I try a new one and leave relived. Always finds time even in last minutes calls. Very clean and friendly.

My wife and I spoke to one of the owners to have massages for her guest 20 coming to her birthday. She was told to pay in advance,when I went to the shop to pay the other owner was not on agreement. They not only did not apologized or try to come up with another solution. They simple said no. Also my wife has been a frequent customer...

Not even open when I arrived. Called me 2x to confirm yet they were closed. As others have said, insurance also dodgy. Many other options available. I booked as no one else had space and now I know why they did. This is a Mickey Mouse operationUpdate Fall 2020 - Thompson rehab center is now the name on the sign. Same place/same ownership. I think they are trying to get away from the old name given the poor reviews. If you want a true RMT massage, go elsewhere.

RMT is nice there but the customer service is terrible. The receptionist is always sitting there with a grumpy face, never smiles or greets you. 2nd time i went it was a young girl at the reception and she was the same, no customer service whatsoever.

I got a deep tissue massage and it was worth it. $48 taxes inc for 45 min.I do have bruises because i came in with serious stiffness. I would recommend that you tell them that you want a relaxing massage if you can't handle the deep tissue.Specially claire is amazing she right away identified the points of stiffness and give me the best massage i ever had.

UPDATE: DOUBLE-CHECK WITH YOUR PRIVATE INSURANCE PLAN BEFORE PAYING THIS PLACE. This business has been flagged for fraud.If I could give this place 1 star, I would. Avoid this place if you wish to submit to your private insurance plan after. They have 2 rates, $60 for non-insured and $85 for insured customers.Each time I called to book an appt, I found it strange the first thing they asked was if I have an insurance plan, however they are not on the direct billing service for SunLife. Their receptionist accidentally told me the only reason they ask is if a member wishes to submit to insurance, they jack up the price to provide an official invoice for an RMT Massage.The receptionist booked me for a massage with Cindy" when I said I dont have an insraunce plan and it would cost $60. When I told her I do have insurance

i have been going to this place for the past 2 months once a week ... i always had my Massage with a lady name Angela... she was so amazing i can give her 5 stars easley...... she got me addicted !! Honestly she made a big difference in my stress relief !!i called 2 days ago to book an appt with the same girl and they told me she is no longer working here !!! why would they fire someone that makes there customer happy !!today i knew for sure that they did fire her !!iam soooo disappointed because when i called and asked for her phone number they told me she went back to her country and this was a lie !!! iam so disappointed !!!!!Today when i went i try another lady and she was nothing compare to Angela ....i will never goooo back to this place again!!!

Bo is one of the best hidden secrets with regards to massage. She is phenomenal as a therapist and as a person. Just love her!
