Exceptional service from Sue! I had done my ink fingerprinting to be sent overseas but when I was about to send it the UPS guy tore a portion of the paper while handling my parcel. I had to go back and redo all over but Sue was angel to save the day. It was quick and efficient. Thank you for service! You’re a star!

Quick and easy! Entrance to the building was on the right side, just buzz and they'll let you up. Susan was professional, courteous, and had everything ready to go so I was in and out quickly. Would recommend!

Efficient and professional service. There was only one person working when I came in and they finished up with their previous client and quickly accommodated me. Would recommend!Only feedback I can suggest is perhaps including that the office is inside the building in the email confirmation. Otherwise its great!
