I was just at this location 12:20 Dec 30th. I waited 10 minutes at at the cash to pay for 1 item.There was someone helping another customer, and two people walking around. No one acknowledged I was even there, line getting longer behind me until I had to say can anyone help all of us just pay for our items? Should there not be someone on cash at all times? Is that not the most important part of selling items in a store?When I asked everyone seemed confused I was even asking, it wasn’t like any one of the people there rushed to help the long line of customers actually pay for there items.No one was rude, all very polite.This is feedback to say, managers, ensure someone is always on the cash to help people. I know retail is really difficult right now but I was ready to walk out and you were loosing a sale of $100 on ink. I’m not trying to be rude with this review I’m trying to help your business run smoother. A learning moment.

Helpful staff checked stock and had it ready for me to pick up at the store.

It’s a sad day when management has forgotten that they are in the service industry. General manager, Amanda thought it best to ensure her customer knows that her employees are offering services they shouldn’t (aka being helpful) rather than offer options to her customer. Don’t shop here if you are looking to get the job done.Because management “Can’t do it” but you can do it yourself online.

Tyson was the most helpful customer service representative I've encountered in over a decade. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed and double-checked to make sure the information he had was up to date, which ended up saving me a massive headache. If I knew how to directly contact his manager, I'd recommend that he be considered for a raise or promotion because he truly is an incredible employee. I've been dealing with about half a dozen different Staples locations over the past few weeks and most employees were apathetic at best - Tyson was the only employee who made me want to continue using Staples. I hope you're valuing him appropriately because his customer service skills completely blow his peers out of the water.

Great store...if you need emails printed out ..photo copying..sending packages this is the spot ..or 1 of ...

Horrible Customer Service. Was just looking for some help to ship something . Rude Responses and actually walked away from me well I'm speaking with them

The staff was very friendly and quick to help.
