Ordered a part for my car on Friday. They had to get it from a third party so I had to pre-pay. They would not take my credit card over the phone so I had to physically go there (which was a slight inconvenience). I asked how much it was, they told be $19 and some change. I go there to pay for said part and told them I would like to put it under an account on file to get the discount. This inflated the price to $26 and then discounted it from that, which I paid roughly $17 after the discount. Watch the prices when going to buy parts here if you have an account!

Never have I ever seen a manager yell at her staff right in front of customers like that. She was condescending and practically calling her staff idiots in front of people, for things completely out of their control.Nothing against part source or Canadian tire as companies, but I will not be returning to this one until management is more appropriate.

The guy I was dealing with was super annoyed. I was returning a core and some parts. He doesn't have to worry. I'll never come back here again

I walked into the store, took a jug of antifreeze off the shelf and just as I was putting it on the counter, the phone rang. Well we all know that the tire kicker on the phone is more important than the customer who is actually standing there ready to buy, so Ryan took the phone call. Several minutes into this call, the phone rang again. While there were a total of four staff visible to me, Ryan I guess is the only one able to answer the phone, so naturally he answered that call and put them on hold.The first call ended, without acknowledging me, Ryan immediately took the second call. Then the third phone call came in. Same thing.After the second call concluded, Ryan finally acknowledged me but immediately took the third call. At this point I interrupted him, told him I was in a hurry and suggested that if he couldn't handle my purchase, one of the other staff could. He replied that he was the only one on till and then took the third call.I left the antifreeze on the counter, walked out, drove down to Piston Ring where I was served immediately.I will not be back to Parts Source.

Bought a car battery from here three weeks ago. When I bought the battery they said I would be able to bring in my old one. Matthew working at the front desk said he was no longer able to take the battery. I had the receipt.

I stopped in mid-day on Dec. 22 and purchased 2 new wiper blades. I'm generally a self-serve kind of guy but an employee asked if he could help me. I told him what I needed and what kind of car (my wife's) and he picked the two (as they are different sizes) from the selection and handed them to me. When I arrived home later I went to install them but only one was the correct fit for my wife's car. It was almost 5:00 but I live very close and wasn't sure if they closed at 5 or 6. When I pulled up the store lights were on and I could see two employees standing behind the counter. They both turned and I could tell they could see me. By the time I'd grabbed my part turned off the ignition and got out of the car, the one employee (same guy who'd helped me earlier) had made his way to the front door and locked it as I approached. He made eye contact with me and I held up the part. He opened the door a crack and asked how he could help me. I explained and he simply said I'd have to come back tomorrow. I said but I'm here right now". He said he couldn't help me because he was "locked out of the system". I told him this is terrible service. He locked the door in my face. When I got back in the car the time on the clock was 5:05.Despite the proximity of this store to my home I will never shop there again."

I Bought a battery there when I bought the old core back for refund they told me they needed 2 people there to do the refund and told me to come back later. Another time i bought sum brake pads I tried to bring them for a exchange and was told they needed two people to give me a refund That's a lot of gas and time wasted You should call first to make sure there going to have 2 people there so you don't wast your time and gas

Prices are hit as miss, as is dealing with the staff. Their phone customers seem more important than the ones standing at the counter with cash in hand. Staff has failed to mention options when choosing different grades of parts, such as telling me they are selling premium brakes when they are selling me mid grade, and when I phone the next day for the same year model of vehicle, get a different clerk, and now my options change?! Meanwhile they've had stock of all grades all along and failed to relay me the proper information.It would be nice if the staff were more knowledgeable, or at least give the perception, and valued walk in customers a bit more.

Princess Auto has better client service. Stood in line for maybe 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Will just buy product from Amazon
