Absolutely stunning service! My hubby and I purchased an adorable opal ring. Ariel helped me size my finger and get what would be most comfortable and even considered the fact that I lost weight! I couldn't be more pleased, and Erika and Courtney were so helpful I will go here again!

Out of all the peoples locations I have been to, this location is by far the best one. Cynthia is absolutely amazing and so helpful, such a people person, awesome personality and so knowledgeable. Cynthia is quite knowledgeable on various topics when it comes to jewelry. Whether it may be a geological question relating types of stones. How to take care of the gemstones, which ones for what occasion. The friendly environment, and incredible staff make the visit worth it.People's policy on replacement rings is incredible, we got our ring fixed 4 times and replaced. All under the warranty. Purchased new warranty, got the replacement ring ordered.

I'm reviewing the Prairie Mall people's jewellers.Everything is VERY expensive Bulova watches at the low end were over 600, that's with a 25% discount.But they definitely make it up, somewhat, with their website.

I was in today after being in all the other stores. Looking for a ring for my 14 year old daughter. I wanted something simple and not something overly expensive for her 1st piece of Jewelry. Anika helped me find the perfect ring. She listened to me and didn't try and push a larger purchase like all the other stores. Together we managed to find the absolute perfect ring for my daughter. Very rude workers. Went in to see some engagement rings and not a single person came to help me or even greeted me, I walked around the entire store making comments about the rings to my friend and still not a single person helped me. They stood behind the counter the whole time talking to each other and another work was cleaning the cases and she ignored me too. I don't know if its because I'm younger or was dressed poorly (in a t-shirt and baggy pants) but either way I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here if you want actual help. There's better options.
