Had my windshield replaced recently. Made mistake of not inspecting vehicle when I picked up. Later I noticed my border on passenger side was not flush. Further inspection I notice my roof drip inserts / clips were missing on both sides. I took vehicle back to address the poor workmanship (see pic)/ missing roof inserts. Eric Schmidt(asst mgr) came out to vehicle & made excuse sometimes inserts fly off in wind" (they have clips so this does not happen). Eric went to back & came back with a work order with only my first name

Had an emergency with a broken window and was told I’d have to wait almost two weeks. They called me the next day and fixed my window no problem. Best customer service I’ve received in a while! Staff are so friendly.
