Our Dr. is leaving his practice and Dr.Nzeadi agreed to take us on as his patients. I met with Dr. Nzeadi for the first time today and was very impressed. We are so lucky that he agreed to take my husband and I as his patients.

Pharmacy is amazing! Treats you like family and knows you by name! They very much care about you as a patient and I have never had to wait for my medications they normally call me to remind me they are waiting! They try to stock what they can if you cannot find it.. A.J is on a mission to get it in for you! I would never change pharmacists.

On Dr. Obute's clinic: We area a family of 3 and submitted an application for a family doctor, last MAY and there's still no update or whatsoever up to date. It's pretty disappointing, if they don't have a slot; they should have notified or better yet don't accept any application, wasted our time.

Zero stars if I could for dr. Obute’s inability to listen or answer patients questions and prescribe the same medication my old family doctor did since 2010 that has worked for me. Fed me miss information regarding my regular prescription that was untrue because it has worked for me for over ten years with no dosage increase. And enabled me to overcome my panic attacks and lead a normal life. Now I can’t. Unfortunately he was the only doctor available after moving to Ontario and covid lockdowns first to accept new patients I haven’t had a family doctor since moving so have struggled with anxiety and mental health issues, panic attacks and unable to get a good family doctor. I liked covid lockdowns because I struggled in social crowds. A mall Santa would listen better to my issues better unfortunately and provide better help and advice. The worst most stressful doctors visit, I miss my regular doctor I had before moving to Ontario, unfortunately shortages of doctors in Ontario.

our family has a family doctor here, the doctor always has a very long queue, but this is probably the case everywhere. We also visit this pharmacy. very helpful pharmacy staff. They give good advice on medication. if ordered by prescription.receive next day subject to availability. You can buy it without a prescription right away. large parking nearby. prices are acceptable. .

My friend went today to drop off a new patient intake form this is what transpired: “there were 2 ladies at one of the window I approached. Upon saying hello and trying to get their attention, non of the ladies even looked up or acknowledged me. Not even to say “give me a second” standing there with no response or acknowledgment I decided to drop it off at another window. The lady was super nice and acknowledging. I hope this ladies learn from this and this is just an isolated incident.

Asian girl at the front desk is the rudest human being I’ve ever come across.She was confused why I was there, this woman shouldn’t have a job in customer service. I’d give a -5 star if I could.She should be fired immediately

The staff is very professional and accomodating.My family Doctor, Dr. Ossai, provides excellent care and treatment. I feel he goes the distance in his care and treatment of his patients. Also, he is a very smart doctor. He is also concerned about the meds he prescribes. He is professional, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Ossai is a great listener and very concerned about his patients.
