I am a regular at this location and have noticed a considerable decline in the service level since the departure of Daryl the previous manager. Today I waited 13 minutes. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and a gold star collector have been for years. Something has to be done about the service at this location especially the wait time.

I don’t know what it is about this location but every drink tastes like it was crafted by God himself. I swear no other place compares to the exquisite flavours i receive here, they’re always so well made and actually taste like coffee. Every time I go here, the staff have no manners. They don't greet the customers, and rarely go out of their way to make any form of a connection. I've even been there, when the staff openly discuss not liking specific customers, and go out of their way to not have to serve them. Very poor customer service. I feel bad for the 1 or 2 employees there who actually put in an effort

I placed a mobile order, asked for light ice, got a cup full of ice. I always ask for light ice and other locations don’t put this much.But, the cashier lady was nice.

Cameron!! Made the best best cappuccino I have ever had so so good will never go to any other Starbucks around here amazing service by Liz and the whole team is friendly and amazing! Love it made my day

Shout out to Stella! She was very friendly and welcoming to my friends and I. Went to order a Draco Malfoy drink but they didn’t have all the ingredients so Stella recommended many substitutes and the final drink turned out amazing. She even went out of her way to ensure the drink was the green colour that I wanted despite the ingredients having been changed :)

I think this was the location I went to where my server was high AF. Couldn't get two drinks right, got frustrated then my chai latte smelled like bubble gum-went to garbage.

Ordered 2 cups of sweetened iced coffee and it was bitter. Stirred it as well but no difference. Asked the server and he said he did add sweetener but we never could taste it. Disappointed, won’t come again to this one.

You really need to tell your staff at this location to not wear perfume. Every time I take a sip of my coffee I picked up at the drive through window all I can smell is cheap perfume. Stop wearing perfume please!!! It’s disgusting
