Pointless waste of time and money. 6 months and not a single showing. They come and take some mediocre photos on an iPad and put it on mls and their site. If you want them to do anything more it’s more money. They seemed very unorganized and I actually had no idea who our agent was because the person that took the photos wasn’t the person who showed on our ads. We went to see houses to buy and you go with a totally different person for that then the agent selling your house. Very weird to be dealing with so many people, yet very little action. We tried to go see a house for sale that was also being sold using purple bricks and the two agents that work at the same firm couldn’t connect to get us in to view it. Long story short we went with a realtor who got us more showings in 1 week than we had in 6 months with purple bricks and our place sold. If you have a house that will basically sell itself then maybe use them but otherwise it’s pointless.
