First time purchasing a car on my own. I was nervous and thought the experience was going to be overwhelming. I then met Allan Chavez, he is an amazing and patient salesman. He was prompt with his responses, provided me with options, test drove cars and gave me space to think about my purchase. When I was ready, told Allan what I wanted and he delivered. I am ever so grateful to Allan for providing me with such a positive and wonderful experience. I recommend Allan to all future buyers. You will be in very good hands.

Very, very disappointing.Buyer beware, especially if a woman, stuck between a rock and a hard place.I had my vehicle repaired for a ball joint issue and another piece gave out, two days later. Coincidence?Smooth-talking service people ready to invoice at all cost, any cost seeing that I was nervous. I must congratulate their excellent sales training. The other side of the dealership relentlessly called me to trade in my car to the point of harassment, sometimes 2-3x a week. The service person are obviously very well-trained in the sales realm. Quietly explaining that the vehicle’s age... omitting the fact that it had low mileage.Director was quite condescending as well, albeit offered rental car for one day, (standard practice) then abruptly removed the offer. He also constantly interrupted my conversation, not allowing me to finish my sentences. Very, very poor manners. Very little client empathy. My 8-year son, who witnessed the entire conversation commented on the gentleman’s bad behaviour.Brought the car to another mechanic who diagnosed the issue in two minutes, and treated me very differently, very fairly.Very, very disappointing service at a dealership boasting ‘over 5000’ satisfied clients.I am very sorry, but Cite Nissan has never, ever treated me as a hysterical female. The service team took the time to speak with me respectfully, troubleshoot before asking for payment, educate me on the possible mechanical failure, and options, as well as expected cost. White glove approach go a long way.Gabriel Anjou, in my opinion is too sales-driven, and forgot the essence of its business, the clients who bring in the money.Let this review assist, as a hard lessons learned.Buyer beware, especially if you are a lady.

What does a client have to do to get an appt for an oil change? I went online and every time slot I choose for the respective date prompts me with the message that I need to choose another time slot as it's not available. I went through every time slot for the day I chose. If your day is fully booked, then why do you offer the date? I wasted an entire morning trying to book an appt. I have called several times and nobody picks up.This is terrible service.

They play you at the service department, they BS, try to get to change parts that don't need change and use the scare tactics...they said the rear brakes needed to be changed on my daughters car, so I decided to visit other garages they said the brakes were only 25% used and still had 75% . Stay away from these thieves.

Great experience with Allan Chavez at Nissan Gabriel Anjou. He treated us with ultimate care and respect, extreme transparency and provided more information than we requested. He was attentive to our needs, knew his product and provided an approach that matched our pace.Responsive throughout and always keeping our needs at the forefront. Highly recommend you go and ask for him specifically, he will take good care of you.ThanksJordi and Shannon

DO NOT Bring your vehicle here for repair work. We brought our 2011 Nissan Sentra in for electrical repair. We let the mechanic know that we have already had the car looked over by an automotive electrical shop, which spent over two weeks attempting to find the problem. Nissan charged us 140$ for 1 hour of diagnosis work. They came back to us and said, your battery is low, you need a new battery, 400$ total, we arent going to continue the work until you get a new battery. (my girlfriend answered the phone and felt very very pressured to do the work or else we would lose our initial 1 hour deposit) We explained prior to bringing the vehicle the battery dies after 24 hours and its a brand new battery. Essentially forced to pay 140$ to get our vehicle out of there so we can bring it to a qualified technician to do the work. Don't waste your time or breath, the mechanics are not willing to do real repair work or aren't skilled enough. And the cherry on top of it all, when I arrived home, the battery terminal was loose, which essentially means if you don't know anything about cars, eventually you'd be stuck on the side of the road scratching your head wondering why the car is dead. I had to tighten the battery terminal myself when I got home. Absolutely despicable work. For anyone who knows anything about cars, here's the details. The battery had somewhat of a low charge as it was flat due to the electrical issue, it was briefly charged for 1 hour before the meeting. Their team was not willing to swap out a known good battery to continue the diagnosis. The mechanic said its likely the alarm system and to bring it to another shop to have the alarm tested. A quick amperage draw shows 0.3amps idle, unplug the alarm and this doesn't change. In other words, the mechanic was lazy, or unskilled. I brought the vehicle to Nissan as a last hope in assuming they have specialty skills to diagnose this electrical issue. Unfortunately I am now stuck diagnosing the vehicle myself and have made more progress in one hour of reading through Electrical Diagrams than the mechanic did after charging us 140$. FYI: Mechanics name who called us was Salvatore"**EDIT: Our Nissan was finally fixed after bringing it to "Richard Auto Électrique". He found the problem within an hour. 120$ and it was absolutely not related to the battery

Extremely unhappy with the situation and Gabriel Anjou. I bought a 2018 rouge. With in 2 weeks I heard belt noise and the battery was dead and I got stuck because I didn't have a battery buster. The paint in the roof rack was also ripped off when they sold the vehicle to me. And when I asked them in the evening of the day I bought the vehicle they were like it's a common problem with all rouge.. now to my surprise the windshield wipers aren't good too... I mean I was told the vehicle has been completely inspected now in 3 weeks I find all theres issue I am worried... It looks like the inspection wasn't done properly and the needed replacement wasn't done properly... Poor service.... Extremely unhappy... A complete rip off!!! My question is are they even doing a proper inspection check?!!! Or r they just selling cars taking advantage of the market now?!!!
