Chelsea patiently helped me develop my fuzzy ideas of what I was looking for, showed me enough places to feel confident I knew what was out there and what the market conditions were, then did an amazing job of bidding. I was able to get a home that looks so much better than anything else I still see for the price, and with all the conditions that made me feel safe.
