Very nice place for tubing with family. However there is at least 30-minutes of waiting on the cold until you get a turn. The lineup moves very slowly. Paid $120 for two adults and a child, spent 3-hours here and got 4-rounds only.My suggestion to the management team here; there should be some fire pit so people can warm up. Also a blasting music can help people to stand those long lineups while having fun and enjoying themselves.

Way over priced and the food is horrible. Not allowed to bring outside food then serve next to trash? Check out this insanely old hot dog for $10$70 for 4 hours then feed people trash. What a world.

Great little gem north of Toronto. Don’t go here for long trails, but the people are friendly, their park is fun, lift lines are short. Good for families with kids. We’ve been 3x and the snow has been solid for a little hill in Ontario.

Dagmar Ski Resort
First time visitor with some friends on a weekend. Really impressed! Skiing options are great for all abilities, although we mostly stuck to the green runs which were fun. Venue set up is great - lots of changing space and a good restaurant/takeaway. Lifts are fast and queues move quickly, and they work hard to ensure there's always snow. Great spot for a ski!

So this was only my kids second time skiing ever. We decided to visit Dagmar based on proximity and my brother’s past experiences years ago skiing there. I cannot say enough great things. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, and checking in and picking up rentals were effortless. The proximity and comfort of the chalet was wonderful, after watching my kids get comfortable I was able to comfortable watch them from the windows. This place is extremely clean. I constantly saw staff sweeping the floors of the chalet. The poutine was amazing and the handmade wood keychains we bought in the way out are adorable. For anyone leaving a bad review, they’re obviously illiterate and helpless. They have issues obtaining information about updates and one wonders how they perform simple tasks and navigate their lives. Good job Dagmar, I look forward in visiting for years to come!

Fantastic little resort just NE of the city. Some solid runs. Obviously you aren't looking at a top-tier resort but it's a nice local one that's great for learning and having fun with friends. My son loves it there. Friendly staff there and always smiling. It does get crowded on weekends with the amount of kids learning but that's to be expected. Overall, a solid place.

Came at night, and got ski rentals. The place is a very regular place, but if you’re renting, the helmets are an extra fee. I only rented 3 times before, and the helmets were always included in rentals (blue mountain, moonstone, horseshoe). That’s why I was surprised when the lady told me usually people bring their own helmets to rent. It’s a close and convenient place, and the runs are fun. A tad bit expensive, but at least it’s close by.

Best ever ski Resort I have visited!!Visit Date 1/1/2023That day was about -1 - 3°c, My family have came to ski! They didn’t need teachers cause they knew how to ski, even tho the teachers wasn’t teaching them, they were still friendly! The Magic Carpet was amazing though crowded!The bunker to spectate and rest were comfortable and warm! Clear view btw! Will sure come again later!

Place is very well kept and offers a wide variety of slopes from the terrain park to the double blacks. Although the double blacks can be quite disappointing in length it’s still great to practice on. Try the poutine I highly recommend it!

Visited in January 2019. We are not used to the -40 temperatures but one of my Canadian friend took my family here. My son never skied before and at first I was a little apprehensive but enrolled him on one on one. The instructor was so good and maybe my kid was a natural he mastered it in 2 hours or so. My Canadian friend said he always comes here with his kids who are now adults and always loved the place and the staff. He is absolutely right! Excellent facilities and on top of this the staff are absolutely amazing. Will be back in the future definitely.
