They do not adjust rent based on room size. Some rooms that are significantly bigger and cost the same as smaller rooms. They charged me $100 to lift three hairs of a drain after a cleaned the whole suite that I was staying in and where not willing to adjust the charge. Someone I know set their cleaning inspection before they moved out, so they were told that they need to move out effective immediatly, probably illegal. The managment at residence is both greedy and inconsiderate.

This place is TERRIBLE. Everything is just a money grab. I've lived here for the whole duration of my studies, never got any deposit fees back. I always cleaned my room and they still charge you so don't even bother. Most people at the residence office aren't even helpful. The rooms are so overpriced - $1000 for a room that isn't even 300 square ft. The only good thing is that it's close to uni, otherwise this place is absolute garbage.

Very over priced and will charge for ridiculous things. I paid more than $1000 a month for a very small suite in graduate house and then when I left they charged me a cleaning fee. If you ever accidentally lock your key in your room they’ll charge you for that too. I emailed with the residence office and they were very rude. Living there is a regret of mine.

Decent room with a bit high price, bed frame and mattress included. A few problems are:- Canadapost won't deliver door-to-door even if you are at home. Only Cndp.- Cockroaches in some rooms (mine). Pest control can't help.- No thermal control in winter.- Fire alarms go off sometimes, perhaps once a week.- Parking lot needs to be paid extra.
