Beautiful facility and very friendly staff.

My mom recently moved into Fox Hollow retirement residence. I can’t say enough good things about the staff that work there. They went above and beyond to make my mom feel welcome. Thank you to Patty, Tannis and the entire team for all they do everyday to make the residents feel valued and loved. There is not a doubt in my mind that we picked the right home for my mother. She is very happy in her new suite and looking forward to enjoying the many amenities Fox Hollow has to offer.

I recently spent 30 days in post-surgery respite at Fox Hollow Retirement Residence and I am pleased to share some highlights of my experience there. Firstly, I was very impressed with the suite that had been decorated by Patty and Ginny. It was evident at first glance that great care had been taken to make it welcoming, inviting and homey, from the large “Relax” and “Joy” ornaments to the welcome wreath on the door. When I actually moved into the suite for my temporary stay following surgery, there was a personalized mug with my name on it! The fridge was stocked with a variety of beverages, my favourite teas were in the cupboard and a plate of individually-wrapped shortbread cookies was on the counter next to the Keurig and a box of K-cup coffee pods. The bed was so comfy and great to sleep on, even for someone with back problems. The entire building, which was brand new, was attractive and bright, being filled withnatural light.The very best feature, however, was the outstanding kindness, helpfulness and attitude of service of every single member of the staff, whether they were at the front desk, in the kitchen, serving in the dining room, working as PSW’s or whatever. I can’t say enough good things about them and Patty did a very thorough job of answering my many emails and all my questions. You really can’t go wrong if you choose Fox Hollow for a respite or convalescent stay.As to the residents who live permanently in this pet- friendly residence, my impression was that they were content, friendly and happy, with access to an impressive program of fitness and recreational activities. I had a lovely time there!

Fox Hollow is an amazing facility with care for everyone from independent to assisted living. The staff are great to work with, always a smile on their faces and very attentive to residents. This past year we moved one of their residents from their independent suite to assist living. She had nothing but great things to say about Fox Hollow and was very happy she did not have to move to another retirement home.

Great place! My dad transferred to 5 different facilities so I’ve seen a few. Food is great. Facility is great. Staff are great. You’re not going to find a better place. If you don’t like it here you are too demanding. Can’t wait until I’m old enough to move in.

Fox Hollow Retirement Home is one of the best homes for our Senior citizens. I have witnessed the way they take care of the elderly; They focus on making our Senior citizens happy and engaged by providing them the opportunity to get involved in various small and individual activities. Even in these times of great global pandemic and lockdown they assured the safety and happiness of our parents. And I must assure you and say that every elderly people in our society deserves to be treated in the way like this Residence Home take care of their people. And love to take this opportunity to give a Big Thanks to Fox Hollow Team and Keep up the Good Work!!

I've just read a Workopolis Job Bank ad for Seniors Resident Care, thinking that would be nice and rewarding. Reading the job reviews I am now terrified. I am so convincedSeniors need to stay in the family unit.
