Via plumbing has been our go to company to call for many years. Last week my hot water tank had a leak in it and Via was there within the day to help me replace it. They quoted me a fair price before starting and had the job done fast and cleanly. I have carpet floor so they laid down some floor protection to keep it clean when removing the old tank. Quick, professional and most importantly transparent in there pricing. I highly recommend Via plumbing for all plumbing and heating needs.

We recently called Via, Leo answered the phone. After we described our problems, he immediately quoted cost then scheduling the work. Stephen, a young service guy, came on time, patiently answering all our questions. He helped removing the garburator, re-piped it and cleaned kitchen sink drainage professionally. We required a plumber for what we thought was a simple clearing of our drains. We contacted Leo who immediately sent out one of his team members to help us with our problem. Fast forward several hours later they recognized that our pipe under the house had actually disintegrated. This was a major job and took over two weeks of major repairs to our entire plumbing system. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have selected Leo and his team, including Harrison and Michael to come to our aid. They were exceptional in the service they provided. Timely, efficient, professional and friendly! First time I've used these guys and Leo was a stand up guy who knew what he was talking about, identified the problem(badly installed drainage that caused a backup and flood) just by pictures I sent him. He sent Gilbert over and he was ready to take action without needing to rescope the job. Gilbert was friendly and nice to chat with - his craftsmanship was top notch. I definitely wasn't expecting the level of detail and rework of the plumbing required, Gilbert did a marvelous job and got us back up to speed. Looking forward to not having any more backup and floods!Highly recommend using VIA!
