Visited with a friend, it seems to have good brand name items and are reasonably priced.

Pushy salesperson. Tried on 2 pairs of shoes. Then said I’ll look around. He said something like “if these don’t work for you, nothing will”, he ask “ what about the other pair” , then I told him one of them was comfortable, but I’ll check around”. Then he said again that I won’t find another pair if these don’t work. And i got up and checked another shoe style behind me, and literally 10 seconds later he said “ still haven’t found one yet ? “ his tone and attitude was very bad. he just seems very unhappy that I didn’t make a quick decision. I think he was new salesperson there. I would of bought the comfortable pair but because he opened his mouth with that impatient attitude I decided not to buy. If he would of shut up I would of just bought a pair lol

Nice store and nice people working there. They help us find what we need, and we walk out with beautiful and comfortable shoes!

Good collections. After spending time in almost all shoes retailers in Vaughan mills ended up buying my shoes here. Very friendly and courteous staff. Wiling to help and service. Super clear and ample space for seating.

Nice shoes. Really nice staff. Sadly the quality on the 2 pairs of shoes I bought was not the best so had to return them. No hassle returns. If the size you want is not available, the store will order it for you and ship it to you.

My wife and I were there yesterday and we were treated appallingly.We bought shoes for a lot of money, the salespeople laughed at us, the manager was anti-Semitic and very unkind to us.We spent 900 dollars there yesterday but this is the last money your company will see from us shame and disgrace how people are treated without justifiable reason

I came in nearer to the end of the day with a bit of a mission & I had a salesperson, Edison, check in if I needed a size of the shoe in my hand within a few seconds of me starting to think I might.He had fantastic instincts & an incredible attitude. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him. I don't frequent Brown's usually, but that experience will bring me back again when I need something else. Thanks again, Edison!
