We would highly recommend Kim and team! They worked with us to refinish quartzite counters from another vendor in town. They came on time, made all the necessary repairs, charged a fair price and were very pleasant to deal with. We will use them in the future because their customer service was excellent despite the product not being purchased from them in the first place! A very positive experience saving us thousands as we were able to restore the counter beautifully and it is now sealed correctly to avoid any future issues.

Vanity quartz top not installed properly but they never came back to fix it. Then at year end I was asked to pay the bill so I agreed to pay half as it still want fixed. Never got back to me and I had to call again to even get them out so they could see my concerns. Have not gotten back to me again. This has been going on for close to 2 years! Water pools on top and every drop stains the counter so have to wipe up every time you use the tap. Stratch on top shows white when colour is supposed to go throughout. I will not buy from them again and I'm in the process of doing the other bathroom.

They worked with us to ensure our countertops could be installed within a short timeframe and that we were happy with the end product. The installation was smooth and they did not leave until we were happy with how everything looked. Our countertops brought the entire kitchen design together and we could not be happier!
