They were awesome and offered drinks when we came in! I got my hair done for my graduation dance and I was very pleased with the way Crystal did my hair! Would definitely go back again!!!

I'm so disappointed with this place. I was looking forward to having a good experience when I visited it for colour and cut. I'm crying for days now because I used to have a beautifully and healthy long hair, and now I have a shorter and a horribly hair cutting, not consistently layered, longer on one side than the other, with bangs exactly as the hair - not well cut and inconsistent. Really very bad. So bad that I'll need to use my hair with a pony tail and clips all over my hair for I'm not sure how long. This was traumatic. No professionalism or technic. Not to mention that while I was washing my hair the person wet my whole back in a way that I couldn't dress my leather jacket anymore because she couldn't dry it as it was extremely wet. So I needed to continue the rest of my appointment with short sleeves, a top I had underneath and feeling cold. I can't believe a place like this could offer this kind of experience to any customer. I don't recommend it. My friends and daughter, once they saw me they said - what did you do to your hair? It's horrible". And it is!"

Leanne is amazing . I have been attempting to go from very dark hair to an ash blonde due to the amount of greys coming in. She has been amazing with advice and ensuring my hair stays as healthy as possible while undergoing this process.

My family and I have gone here on and off for the past 20 years and I find you pay a lot more than what you get in return. Last year my mother who is in her late 60s went for a pedicure before a vacation. She returned from the spa with a cut foot, and apparently the woman who was giving her the pedicure had just received Botox and was more concerned about her own face. As we age, it’s super important to take care of our foot health as it’s easier for them to get infected. Unfortunately, my mom experienced foot pain during her walking trip as a result of the cut she received during her pedicure at Pure NV. Now she goes to another place on Upper James that is cheaper yet they take their time and she leaves feeling they did a good job. Personally, I’ve had my haircut at PureNV a few times in the past and have had better experiences at the salon. As for the spa, I felt I’ve overpaid on eyebrow waxing and pedicures and left feeling I could have done just a good a job myself.

Always a great experience. Friendly, welcoming staff, nice open concept space with a natural feel to it. I see stylist *Flo when I go and my cuts are always awesome.

I was gifted a facial for Christmas, just had the time now to get the service done. I am so impressed, not only does my skin feel so hydrated and balanced but I did not expect the lovely arm, leg and foot massage! Tijana was gentle and thorough, also had beautiful skin herself! Well worth it and I highly recommend checking out their services.

LOVE this place! Came in for a Mani and Pedi with AJ, for the first time ever! We had great conversation, and all of the staff were welcoming and so nice! I will definitely return here for all my spa needs!

I had been looking for a place to get the trim I was wanting I was after, soft layers, framing curtain bang, which that part is very important for me and while keeping my length .I have not had a cut in awhile and somehow lost my regular stylist as she closed down. so I went on the hunt .I loved the atmosphere was great they accomadted the time I desired early morning, and not to mention Kayla was awesome with her total understanding of what I wanted and really made me feel comfortable in her chair . I can't wait to go back.i have a color appt. with Miss Kayla and I'm.super excited to see her do her magic on me.. All in all , I found my stylist now and on the first try and was very happy with the whole experience .

I was in recently for a hair trim. My stylist was Kayla and she was absolutely amazing!! She did a great job and discussed products for my hair, that would be ideal, without being pushy. She was super friendly and professional from beginning to end. The receptionist, Miranda, was super friendly and courteous and made sure I was comfortable waiting and offered me a beverage. I love this place and will always go back!!
