Everyone I've talked to at this location are helpful and very nice. The staff here are awesome. We were glad to have this as a Purolator pickup as well.

I like these guys great service and they try hard to accommodate your needs. The store is growing to the demands for auto parts, based on customer needs. The owner is very customer oriented as well and called me to talk about an issue and wanted to see if she could solve it. Not many businesses do that nowadays.

Love this store! The only reason for four star is for purolator pick up. Once we called twice when we were out of town about our packages. One staff member said don't worry we will hold them

Hi there,HUGE shoutout to Ryan, at the parts desk. Amazing customer service is hard to come by these days. Ryan nailed it right into the ground. I've never come across Gilbert Parts, our go to place from now on, when we are in area and in need of parts. Be amazing to see one in Grandforks! Thank you so much Ryan!

Fantastic service. They don't make promises they can't keep. They found my part (couldn't run without it) and got it in quicker and charged me less then the quote. I will use this location over other locations.
