the Doctor's Office

Would like to mention an experience I had with Dr sheffield when I was around 13. I went in for a full check up and he told me to get undressed and changed into a hospital gown and lie down on the table they had in one of the rooms. Everything seemed normal until he examined me for breast cancer and spending a few minutes checking" my 13 year old breasts for abnormalities. I am now 27 and I've never told anyone about this experience because it was shocking to me at the time and I thought it could be normal since he's a doctor. If you are taking your daughters to this clinic please be aware this could happen and I would like to warn all the potential people he may cause trauma to."

Dr Bernholtz is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and thorough and he genuinely cares. The receptionists are very nice, welcoming and helpful as well. Maria D. And Hannah F.

I been there on March 3, a young lady reception, new staff I guess, she was very crude .when I asked them about the chairs for patients sit while waiting for Doctor, she said no sit because they have to clean after that, and its not a walking clinic, just take appointment patients, winter time senior patients how could they stay outside and standing for long.under Covid locked down, they moved all the chairs off, but now every where is open, people enjoyed shopping, gathering, eating...why we could not have a sit while waiting for doctor in a clinic.I been there over 10 years, love all the staffs and Doctors. have not seen this woman before, suggest Dr Sheffield fire her or patients will not come back to clinic

I had a pleasant first impression of dr Sheffield. Incredibly kind, soft spoken and patient, you can tell he loves caring for people. I also appreciated the receptionists fitting me in as I didn’t realize this location did not offer walk in, although I had to wait 6 hrs to be seen the receptionists suggested places around the area I could enjoy while I waited. All in all, a good experience.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff. Dr Sheffield himself seems to be way past caring about his position or his patients. But the front desk staff is shockingly nasty. I would advise anyone looking for a doctor to keep looking.

Learn to take pride in your job and a smile wouldn't kill you would it? This place has been on the decline for years really hitting a new low with the pandemic measures" in place. Get rid of these rude old women in the front and treat your patients with respect."

some receptionists are very rude. I went to this clinic from the last year for its convenience since I live close by. But I found that some of staff don't treat people equally with respect. I won't go back. I don't think that they even deserve one star.

I like going to this doctors office the staff are very nice and Dr. Sheffield Is an amazing family doctor !

The doctor is very nice but the receptionist (the older lady) is very rude. She shouldn't be working there. People are going there because they need medical assistance and some are really in pain or has some disabilities. They do not deserve to be treated harshly.

Really rude and unfriendly staffs. I did not have a chance to meet the doctors so I can not comment about them, but the receptionist was rude! Will never go to this place although it is near my house
