Not a very good DQ from management side. The blizzards seem watered" down with milk as given the consistency of it 2 mins after leaving the drive thru shows why they didn't bother with the blizzard upside down flip. They also do not have the equipment to participate in the DQ points program. I'd advise traveling to another DQ rather than go here."

Tonight I originally went through drive up window and was ordering a couple of blizzards, that were adding extra things in it, these were not for me and I called it reses pieces instead of a peanut butter cup instead of her just saying it is called peanut butter cup the girl said we dont have that blizzard but instead of explaining it was called by another name , she than said I can't hear you, so I said no problem I will just come inside, I was waiting to be served by someone else which I believe was her manager named Kenny when she came over to serve me and I said oh I think you were the one i spoke with at the window and you couldn't hear me, she rolled her eyes at me, and I was trying to tell her what type of blizzards I wanted as it was not for me it was for my daughter and son in law instead of her helping me she gave me total attitude when I finally got her to submit my order I asked her politely did I do something wrong? i don't understand why you are giving me such attitude, she totally lost it, she cancelled my order told me she was not serving me, go somewhere else and get out! I was totally shocked i have never been refused service ever... she just kept saying you are not getting service here get out, leave. I said I would like to speak with your manager she said he won't serve you either get out, he came over she pushed him and told him he better not serve me, she made a big scene and he told her to go back to the drive through, he did serve me and he apologized, I was very shaken up by this incident and this girls outburst not just to me but also her lack of respect for her manager.

The Manager" was quite rude and we were ignored for almost 10 minutes when we went in for a cake. I also used my card but the machine kept declining and each time the person working the till was on repeat and kept asking" debit or credit" with no other response so the machines do not work with newer bank cards... overall its nice to have a DQ in the area but omg the service was terrible."

We normally go to the DQ in our neighbourhood but decided to stop in here while out for a Sunday cruise. Jack helped us at the drive through and was super friendly and prompt. Will be back to this location and recommend to family and friends.

Unfortunately, cakes at this location keep getting smaller and smaller. Got a 10 inch blizzard cake and it’s about 1.5-2 inches thinner than it would be at the McKenzie Towne location. The cake doesn’t even come up half way up the lid and they used to be 75% up the lid, so about half the thickness compared to pre Covid years. Yes, costs have risen in recent years, but so have prices. Customer service is not what it used to be either. Would recommend to go to McKenzie Towne location over this location. Overall, disappointed.

This location is always behind on the seasonal menu changes and doesn't participate in most of the special promos. Also, we regularly have blizzards that are not solid enough to handle the flip test. I tend to go to the other locations in the area for better service.

This company has no sense of professionalism. They serve moldy food as well as floor food because they don’t care about the quality of food their feeding their customers. One of the owners, Kenny, has zero respect for his employees who are a very important part of the success of a company. He is also known to slack off on the job, sleeping in his office during work hours. One of the very few good things about this company is the other owner, Anita. She is super kind and always has a good attitude making you feel welcome.

Excellent service, food tasted delicious, convenient location with a comfortable seating area or a drive through. Very clean, nice modern decorations. A variety of cake selections (including blizzard cakes & treatza pizzas) dilly bars (with a non dairy option as well) and buster bars.I could see the owners really care about their business, customer service, cleanliness, & quality of their products. A must try DQ in Douglas Square shopping area.

Every time I come to dq I notice that one of the managers Kenny is not helping the employees at all. He sits in the corner on his phone and gives no help when it is most busy. I have noticed a few times where the employees ask him for help and he says no or doesn’t respond and will sit in the corner on his phone or he will walk away completely. He has no respect for his employees and sleeps in his office during work hours. He is very disrespectful towards employees who work hard at their job. This is rude and disrespectful to the employees and is not fair to them when they work so hard but the manager does nothing during work hours. This is not how a manager should act or treat the employees that work at that job.
