Mayumi Piano Studio : Classical and Jazz Piano Lessons in Richmond, BC

I would highly recommend Mayumi if you want to enjoy music and broaden your musical acumen. Mayumi has a unique teaching method and my daughter enjoys every lesson very much. She plays classical music as it sets as the basic foundation for her. She enjoys the jazz songs and the Japanese cartoon songs. Lastly, she also learns to play by ear and I love seeing her exploring the music world without needing the music sheets beside her. Thank you Mayumi!

Mayumi's philosophy of teaching kids to enjoy playing piano and learning music fundamentals has allowed my kids to enjoy the lessons and at the same time pick up the music theories.

Both of my two sons are Dr. Mayumi Randall's piano students. My older son has received his ARCT Diploma and younger son is learning towards Level 10. Dr. Mayumi Randall always shows great patience and inspires students to learn how to play precise piano music with joy.

We are lucky to meet her in my daughter's Grade 11. My daughter was admitted by the best Music School in Canada, Schulich Music School in Mcgill University due to Ms. Mayumi's professional instruction. After the admission by university in March, my daughter started to learn Jazz from her, which inspired her enthusiasm for Jazz. She chose several courses about Jazz in University now. I highly recommend Ms. Mayumi Randall!
