I recently took possession of my2023 Highlander Hybrid, although the wait period for the Hybrid was quite long, I was never left in the dark...I would regularly receive a call from my Salesperson (Mr. Plouffe) and would be kept up to date of the status. The car was delivered in pristine condition, full of gas and ready to go. They took the time to go over the Many Many accessories and options on the vehicle and felt comfortable when I drove away, I was never pressured in purchasing extras, just informed of the pros and cons and left to decide without added sales pressure, this was truly appreciated. All around, a great experience...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained what would be done and the cost and provided me with transportation to and from my home while maintenance was being done.

They have a top notch quality. The service advisor ( Jean-Francois ) was quick and helpful during my visit. The appointment was shorter than expected given they were managed to treat my case efficiently. The lobby was clean and pleasant to wait into.

Left car at beginning of the day, valet service to home, work all day till i receive a call stating my car was ready, valet service from home to garage. Pay bill and left within 15 min.excellent

It is one of the best dealership. Everyone is friendly and greeted us personally. Nadir is patient and amazing salesman. There is no rushing or forcing, he took his time to show us different cars.

This is a SERVICE DEPARTMENT review. I`ve been client here for the last 4+ years. Leased, bought and serviced one of my cars here during that period. The guys from the Service Dep. front desk are doing an excellent job and I thank them. They seem to be the last employees in that department left from the time of the old ownership (before HGregoire).Sadly, the technicians job is lacking in quality as I had several instances when they overfilled with oil… At the last service they damaged the car while lifting it. Clearly a lack of training or care in both cases!When I signaled the damage to the service department manager, he assured me he`ll look into it with the body repair and schedule the car for repairs. He never called back!With that kind of service and attitude, I decided to get my car and my business elsewhere. I`ll never do business here again.

Salesman posts an ad saying they'll sell RAV4 hybrid at MSRP, so I schedule a meeting with them. Turns out, they want me to buy over 4000$ of useless options, otherwise they wouldn't sell me this car. Selling over MSRP is illegal in Canada, so this is how they loophole around it. Imagine paying 4000$ extra for a normal car meant to save on gas? What a joke. And they give misinformation to justify their shady sales tactics. This dealership clearly doesn't have their customers' best interest in mind. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service . The service advisor ( Jean-Francois ) I dealt with was patient and polite and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle . Also a comfortable waiting area and the vehicle was kept clean .
