We had been with a different large vendor for our cleaning and hygiene services for quite a long time. Jamie with Citron came by and was able to provide expanded services for much better monthly cost than said other vendor.We have now had their services for good 3-4 months and the service, equipment, and value has far exceeded our previous supplier.Our experience is not like another review noted here - the Citron service attendant diligently scans every item (which no other large hygiene vendor does) and refills appropriately - they have even been flexible with our refills and restock of supplies to better manage our business and costs. Jamie our rep follows up diligently. For example, they will gladly adjust to better suit our busy summer months, and reduce services (and costs) during our quieter periods. With our previous commission-based vendor it was like moving mountains to try and get them to serve our facility at an appropriate level - they would continually over-charge us for items that were not serviced or not requiring service.All in all, for our business Citron as worked out perfectly. We get more services, better product, better attention, and it delivers better value.

If I can give a half star I will. Working for this company is ripping off customers the manager and the service manager tell the technician to go into customers account scan the barcodes that is the Air Freshener dispenser and put back the empty refills in it ask for name or signature for proof that they’re present in their account…They bill the customers still for that month or Two months for the empty refills…When they know that the customers Didn’t get any service…Don’t wasted money for these services they offer.

Great customer service

Miranda leaves our building smelling fresh and clean. Also a plus that they provide hands free menstrual waste bins for us ladies in the washroom!
