DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

The girl at the till was not very pleasant when I declined to give my phone number. It seemed to be a new concept to her that some people dont like being inundated with emails. When she said I could decline the emails, I told her that never works so I still dont need to be registered in the system. Then after she rang in my 3 pair of shoes I asked her to keep the boxes. Her response was stern that my sale would be final without the boxes even though the shoes I purchased were not on sale but full price. I did get some half decent shoes but I definitely wasnt treated like a customer that just spent $250.00. So my question to DSW....I guess you are not on board with trying to decrease excessive packaging. Also the concept of retail is, you as the retailer have something I want and I as the customer have something you want. That is our relationship...its transactional, there is no need to exchange personal information.

Love this store. Lots of variety, really good sales currently. Good men's and ladies footwear, a lot of labels (vans, converse, cole haan, hunter, Kate Spade, etc.) and a great running shoe selection. Check them out online too where you'll find an even bigger selection, and get them shipped directly to your door

Lots of choices and the staff was very helpful. Store was clean and organized definitely recommend if u need foot wear.

I have been shopping in the Barrie store for about a year now. The store is tidy and well organized with a great selection.Manager Scott and associate Anubhav along with any others I've encountered have all been wonderful. They are friendly, courteous and consistently helpful. I am always pleased with my experience in the store. Also, great quality shoes, boots and purses and at good sale prices. All the modern styles.

I had one of the best experience at this store, went there in the morning while I was expecting the staff to not have the energy to talk obviously because it was morning, I got greeted by this lovely young lady named Saba, she was super friendly and kind. She helped me find boots for my dad with such a good price and deal, and some UGG boots for myself and my Mom, the time and effort that she put in to give you information and helping you finding the right size, also mentioning that because of the material inside, the shoe will loosen, so it really helped me at finding the best size with my first ever UGG boots.

Very disappointed. Although they had an excellent selection of gorgeous shoes and the staff were friendly and helpful, they had very limited choices for anything larger then a size 10. I'm a 10.5 or 11 depending on shoe. Left empty handed and had to order off Amazon. Shoe designers need to be aware that tall people exsist and have large feet. Sad. I definitely felt like I was a freak of nature leaving the store. I will never go back.

I never find anything in this store and it is too overpriced for the shoes they sell.

I was recently at the store looking for good winter boots and work boots . Associate Anubhav was very helpful , in helping me select right type of shoes . I found those shoes to be very good . They had a lot of variety at very good pricing.
