My significant other and I passed by because we were looking for something in the area with a little spice and didn’t want to drive all the way into the city for good Caribbean food and we stumbled upon this place and were wonderfully surprised at how yummy the food was!! For our mains, he had the traditional pork griot dish served with plantains, a side salad and rice and I tried their chicken poutine with the spicy sauce. It was soooooo good!! However the best part was the appetizer; pork patties. They come in a set of 4, three-bite pieces with a spicy dipping sauce for 3.50$?! They came piping hot and incredibly flaky on the outside but filled with the yummiest pulled pork filling.If you’re in the area and you’re craving some good Caribbean food, it’s a nice spot for a quick bite. We’re definitely going to go back!!

Please update your menu. I ordered two entrée patee corde advertised at 3.50,after getting home and finding out there was only one order, I call to find out you have doubled the price without mention....Used to come here regularly but lately they've been slacking.....

My husband and I love the food here. We are new to the area but we already know that it will be one of our go-to places. The price is fair and the food is delicious and flavorful. It is filling as well. The service is good. The employees took the time to explain when we have questions.

This is honestly one of my favorite restaurants, point-finale! The owner is hospitable and the service is professional. I always get the griot and am always amazed at how it is even better than I remembered it. I wish I lived closer because I would go here very often!

I dont eat here often 2-3 a year, i always take riz collé, with whatever meal i take, this time i got pork (grio? Not sure) the pork is pretty dry (i guess its traditional way to cook it) i use the sauce that comes with it, the owner is super nice, very welcoming, very nice ambience , also what i like is that the product dont change (taste texture or brand)

What a delightful find, wonderful food and a very gracious and helpful hostess. Currently only take out but what a delight to have. Flavorful meals with a real touch of authentic cuisine. Gladly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys a tastefully prepared chicken, goat and beef stews and spiced meals.
