Best experience I’ve had with an auto body shop hands down. The customer service was exceptional and they did a fantastic job on my car, looked brand new when I got it back. They even cleaned it inside and out before returning it to me, very nice touches all around. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We have used Fix Auto more than once, and have been more than satisfied with the service we have received. Shawn and his team did a great job repairing my van door and panel recently after someone backed into me. The turnaround time was impeccable, the price was right and they even cleaned my van when they were done- inside and out. As a busy mom, this was a very pleasant surprise! Total professional work. Their customer service experience is top notch. The results of their work amazing. My husband was very pleased.. And he is very particular with the Auto industry. I was over the moon with the detailed cleaning work of our car inside and out. Price wise they gave us the lowest quote of the three we got. I can tell you enough about the result. I had been rear-ended at a stop light in Whitby and needed my steel bumper on my truck replaced. I requested this body shop specifially with my insurance company based on others experience. I am so glad I did, the staff are so friendly and coming from someone who loves thier truck more than most people I truly felt like she was in good hands for her repairs. Exceptional service here. The kind young lady at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman sitting behind her stepped up right away to write me a quote for my vehicle. I was given the quote on a Friday and they were able to book me in for the following Monday and had my repairs done by the Wednesday. Very efficient. I walked out satisfied and will definitely be back here should I ever need repairs again in the future!
