Beautiful place for a nice quiet walk in the forest. There's a pleasant walkway along the beach surrounded in Alder trees.

We stayed at a little BNB near here in October called the 'Garden Cottage' on Docliddle. Beautiful colours, quiet, and wild all describe this park well.

It's perfect down here. Connects to another park and both go down to the water and you can do a loop down one side and back up to your car the other way. So many birds: saw cassin's vireo and ruby crowned kinglets, purple martins by the water, lots of rufous hummingbirds by the thick groves of salmonberry and wild currants. Lots of little bridges and boardwalks interspersed.

Beautiful. Wooded and beach choices, lots to see, lots of trails including accessible boardwalk. I visit often, rain or shine.

Forested easy trails. Park never heavily used. Shaded with large picnic table at park entry. Connects to short boardwalk with benches oceanfront.

Excellent place for an easy walk. Lots of dogs! You can make a loop through the trails along the shoreline to connect with Mac Laing Park and up Brooklyn Creek.
