My dryer stopped working. Called Silica to have someone come out to assess and hopefully repair. They sent Bryan S a few days later. He looked it over and determined a repair could be done. Hurrah! Had a replacement part in his truck and completed the repair a short time later! Great service!

Excellent assistance in choosing an appliance for a tight spot. Chris and Kevin were the installers and they did an amazing job making it fit correctly. Silica came to the rescue once before installing a refrigerator in the cabin of our boat and this time it was an RV and more complicated. Customer service still exists!

Bryan S. left my home after repairing my dishwasher. He was here last fall as well, and I couldn't say better things about him. He is professional, friendly, and explained each time what is happening with my appliance (which, is a bit of user error issue so his diplomacy was appreciated too!). Bryan cheerfully interacted with my two big dogs, my ten year old daughter, and myself each time.We love Silica, and hope we get Bryan S. every time- he is delightful.

Silica, Mark and Kevin delivered our LG Laundry Center on May 16th. First of all, it arrive several weeks early, which was a pleasant surprise. The efficiency of the two men were amazing, as they were careful removing, as well as bringing in our new appliances , always making sure that our surrounding property, like walls and doorways were not touched. They then proceeded to set things up and made sure everything was functioning. Followed by explaining the new digital controls. They were both pleasant and professional!! I used the machines the next day and let me tell you, quiet and efficient as well as easy to use!! Love them!! Silica is a great place to shop with knowledgeable and friendly people and an added plus was, competitive pricing!! We will be returning customers!!

The purchase and install of our dishwasher was the easiest and best experience. A couple phone calls with Brian and internet search for a replacement dishwasher, he was able to help me pick one that was right for us. In a day I received a call to schedule the delivery and install. A week later, Josh and Sam came to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. Brian, Josh and Sam were all very polite and friendly. When the installation was complete Josh and Sam made sure everything was in proper working order and made sure I didn't have any questions. Thank you all, no doubt we will come to you for future purchases.

Store was so helpful and gave us good information when we chose our new dishwasher. It was delivered today by Tom K. He was very efficient hauling away old and bringing in the new dishwasher and installing it. He explained how to use it and clean out the filter. Made sure we knew all the information before he left and had all cleaned up nicely. Silica is very lucky to have him and so are the customers that shop Silica.

Nice staff they made a mistake on what we got they went back and fixed it and put the right price in and stayed after hours to make the sale of a new couch, reclining chair with massager and Heat, and a mini fridge would recommend it to anyone the prices were real reasonable too are Christmas presents for grown ups a place to put are feet up and watch a movie or some Charter television! Some other cool things had but didn't get nice selection off everthing anyone could want!

Kevin and Mark came today to install my new washing machine. They were great!! Efficient, timely, knowledgeable of the product they were delivering, kind and funny.Silica is a great place to get appliances from start to finish. The store was great and was able to have our delivery in less than a week. Highly recommended.
