Outstanding service and courtesy. This is a business that knows the meaning of going the extra mile. I was visiting from BC, was in the area and needed some unexpected service with my car. There was no hesitation to provide me with assistance. I don’t live in Winnipeg but if I did I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vehicle.

Good customer service, friendly and helpful, definitely didn’t feel like I was getting the “you need this and you need it now “ routine that some repair shops occasionally use. Was expecting really bad news last time with intermittent starting issue and was told it was just a loose connection!

Nice guys, but unfortunate outcome that won’t have me going back.I originally went in to get an A/C repaired on my civic that was blowing warm air after 10-15 minutes. After the approx. ~$200 diagnostic finding a small leak, Mark presented me with two options: (1) recharge and seal leak ~$350 OR (2) replace condenser assembly ~$1000. I went with the latter option since I wanted to be sure there was no refrigerant leakage. After the work was completed, I picked up my car and along the drive within 10 minutes, the air was blowing warm again.. So I brought my car back the following business day, and they replaced a relay thinking that was the problem at no charge (easy fix). I picked it up, and again, after 10-15 minutes, warm air..Upon dropping it off for a third time, Dan tells me the techs found the compressor wasn’t engaging when hot. I was told it would be an additional ~$1200 to replace on top of the >$1000 I’ve already spent.I’ve elected to forgo the additional repair from just from the poor experience. I was offered a $100 break in the cost if I didn’t choose the 2-year compressor warranty option of flushing the system (not a good look in my opinion, there should only be warrantied assured options).Now, I understand it’s not a singular problem and that there was both a small leak and compressor issue. However, it could’ve been diagnosed from the start and fixed altogether (simply by banging on the compressor apparently).Again, nice staff just unfortunate outcome.

These guys have been my mechanic since I bought my first car at fifteen. They have the highest level of integrity. They're always accountable and honest.Cheaper than fountain tire etc for regular service but 100x better.

First time with these guys, but everyone was super helpful and efficient. Honest and very accommodating. Quick service and Dan was just a beauty to deal with. Close to home and will be going to them again for any future issues or concerns. Kudos to the whole team

Last time I had maintenance, they adopted higher price from their 2 quotes on the maintenance day although I booked a couple of weeks before the day. Ofcourse, I mentioned the quote with lower price when booking. I am not sure how this happened. Other than that, I trust them. So, please keep an eye...

In the past month my car had sounded awful...like the muffler was falling off and I was very nervous turning my steering wheel knowing my right front control arm was broken. Two days ago Tony's replaced my control arm and aligned my car. I now feel like I am driving a new car. Not only can I turn corners with no trepidation but the rattling that occurred when I drove down Winnipeg streets is gone! My broken control arm used to hit my muffler each time I went over a bump. Thanks so very much!
