Avoid and go elsewhere. It was a useless waste of my time and unprofessional. I knew as soon as I got in, it would be a waste. The doctor is virtual and they just give you sheets of your options. I’d rather them just be sent to my referring family doctor. The pricing says it varies from $60-$120, when asked why I had to pay $120 for only a couple tests, I got no clear answer.Secondly, they “don’t deal with third party” aka. Benefits and “they need to administer the first dosage” vs. Whomever you want for the shot… basically it’s a money grab. They won’t just give a prescription and allow you to pick. I expressed I loved 4 hours away and won’t be driving in every week and she basically told me I was SOL. The shot also costs over $300, so be ready to pay that upfront too and have it maybe covered by benefits.

Honestly half the time I feel the receptionist do not have an idea of what is going on? Most of my appointments are not in the calendar Or scheduled half the time. All my appointments are always over two hours late.

Everyone at the clinic is very helpful and kind. Justine Ngala is the nurse that gives me my weekly and monthly shots and she is extremely caring and a pleasure to see every week. If anyone is experiencing issues with allergies I would recommend this clinic.

AMAZING service! I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to for this experience. As soon as I got referred by my doctor, i got a call about 3 weeks later, which I was informed about the wait list. The lady who booked me was super friendly. I went in for my skin test, when I spoke to the doctor he explained to me different options for my allergy testing (very insightful), and we did the test and it went well. although i waited little in the recepetion area when i got there cause some patients were still in the rooms, it was an overall great experience. Good job The Allergy Clinic! will highly recommend!!

I have been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour for the initial appointment for allergy testing for my son, when I asked how much longer to see the allergist, I was told it could take up to 2.5 hours. Don’t waste your time here.

If you can be referred somewhere else, go somewhere else. The only pleasant interaction that I’ve had when I was here was with the nurse. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. Everybody else was unpleasant. From the front desk to the doctor. Dr. Osundwa was dismissive of any of my concerns. I couldn’t finish a sentence because he kept cutting me off. I cancelled my follow up with him.

Unprofessional and a waste of time. One of the nurses was fantastic, but out of everyone my son and I interacted with there, she was the only one. The first nurse clearly wasn't even registering what she was reading on the chart she was literally looking right at. Missed an entire category of testing. Doc was virtual (not made clear to us in advance) and was incredibly condescending. Earth shattering news when they told us to carry an epi-pen and avoid allergens detected. Thought they might at least offer my son some Benadryl cream or something afterwards for his itchy arm. All she did was use a small alcohol wipe to wipe off the allergens, smearing the blue ink all over his arm in the process. Go home and take some Reactine if it's itchy." When I went to pay

Huge waste of time. Was supposed to have a virtual appointment to get referred into clinic, was told there would be a 2 hour window in which the doctor would contact me. Was also expected to stay on the virtual appointment during this window until the doctor could see me. Phoned to make sure the doc would call me since I couldn't stay online for the full two hour window, but never heard anything from the doctor. They'll have you fill out forms that aren't official, so you have to fill out the same information all over again. Just a big ol' waste. Of. Time

Wait times far too long and unnecessary. Had an appointment for 10am wasn't seen till 11 and had to wait till 12 to speak to a virtual doctor for a 2 minute conversation that a nurse could have had with me, for something that could have been done within 30 mins and the pricing is definitely too high for the service received. Nurses will not apologize for wait times nor engage in conversation. And I don't believe the testing was very thorough. Didn't seem like they care there, it's sad.
