I scheduled an appointment for a simple job on Saturday morning. When I showed up for my appointment they told me they couldn't do it until Monday morning ans she said she would have called me but forgot to write down my number. I told them I wanted to leave town Monday morning but I would wait till after. I showed up on time for my second appointment and they told me they couldn't do it till that afternoon. (Once again not even a phone call.) I asked her to call me when they could get it in and she said she would. I never got a phone call.

I was in a pinch for winter tires on a monday and needed them for that friday installed. They had them ordered and installed on Wednesday afternoon super great and exceeded my expectations. The price was awesome as well! 100% satisfaction on my end. Thanks entire!

Poor experience. I stopped twice at the store today. Promised me an oil change but both situations they didn’t fit me in.First time I was early, no go. Second time I was 10 minutes late. Still not let in.Really hurt me as an out of towner that needs service done on the day I am in.

The employees of Entire are friendly and knowledgeable in terms of customer service, and efficient and thorough in performance. I didn't have an appointment, but they squeezed me in last minute. My car was in and out of the shop in 25 minutes, if not quicker. Definitely will be going back to them for my automotive needs.
